Number one is vegetable, fruit, herb juicing.
Nothing in world is as addictingly good for you as this.

Spinach/carrot/apple/garlic or a celery,carrot,beat/garlic drink is good stuff. Gotta clean up the mess afterward and this is a huge drawback for many as is the whole process of buying the produce, cutting it to fit in the juicer is just something that does not aspire a couch potato.

Second choice: creatine. Maybe you have to replace the starter on your car or maybe you have to spend a weekend clearing the overgrown oak trees on your property with a 28 inch chainsaw. Pound some creatine a for a few days before the big event and you'll come out feeling a good sore and ready for more!

JP:

I thought about buying that Jack La Lanne juicer but heard it was hard to clean. Are the juices that come in bottles in health food stores just as good? I know they are probably more expensive in the long run but might be worth the ease.

Flax seed.

Used to be omega 3, but I've had it with the trying to figure out whats pure whats not what grade it is, etc. The whole chain originates from the fish getting their omega 3 off things like kelp anyways.

Along with FISH OIL, do take MILK THISTLE from time to time also.

Good suggestions in this thread thus far.

My sister works at this herbal supplement company and they sell all their stuff in liquid form. I like the minerals and vitamin supplements, but i'm wondering if any minerals/vitamins degrade faster in liquid form?
